I am Ashton Touzeau, a recent graduate from the University of Michigan with a B.F.A. in Performing Arts Technology. My academic and professional experience bridges the worlds of audio engineering, music technology, and media production, with a strong foundation in both creative and technical domains.

My work spans studio operations, software development for virtual instruments, and immersive media design. I have held roles at Orchestral Tools (Berlin), Moog Music (Asheville), and Hummingbird Media, where I contributed to product development, sample editing, artist relations, studio integration, and public relations strategy. At the University of Michigan’s Digital Media Commons, I led technical training and provided support for recording and film production facilities.

With hands-on experience in analog and digital systems, DAWs, spatial audio workflows, and interactive audio tools, I approach every project with attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. I am also actively involved in the music technology community, contributing to projects in modular synthesis, pedal building, and vocal performance.

I am currently seeking opportunities in the audio and media technology industries, with particular interest in sound design, audio software development, studio engineering, and interactive media production. I bring a balance of technical expertise and creative vision to any team and am excited to contribute to forward-thinking, impactful work..
